Polypropylene Pipes and fittings :

Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-rigid, translucent polymer with good toughness and weather resistance properties. PP has a density of 0.90 to 0.91 g/cm3 which is amongst the lowest densities for all plastics. PP is characterized by its outstanding chemical resistance and good fatigue strength. Due to its excellent thermal stability, PP can be used successfully even at 100 0 C. It is generally available in three forms for use in pipelines PP- Homopolymer (PP-H), PP-copolymer (PP-C) and PP Random Copolymer (PP-R). Other options in PP include fire retardant grades & electro-conductive grades. PP can also be UV stabilized by use of a stabilizer and can be produced in black color.

HDPE Pipes and Fittings:

Polyethylene is the best known volume plastic a relatively high molecular form, with medium to high density, has established itself in the piping systems industry.

For nearly 50 years, polyethylene (PE) has been used to transport fluids. PE joints offer leak-free connections which outperform other competing materials in terms of reliability and longevity, not to mention the remarkable savings on the installation costs and life of the materials. Improvements in the strength and performance of PE materials has resulted in water, chemical & several other industry needing solutions for liquid and gas transfer to adopt PE for its pressure transmission networks. The polyethylene we manufacture has been effectively stabilized with carbon against UV radiation effects. The stabilization also serves to counteract heat fatigue, thus increasing life.

- Lesser vulnerability from earth movements like landslide, earthquakes , etc.

- Availability of different pressure resistance option: PE pipes can be produced resistant to 12 different pressure class from 2.5 bar up to 32 bar.
